Her experience of more than 15 years in corporate, teaching & training positions helps her lead the overall business. Besides being the Director of this firm & its subsidiaries, she is a committee member with MIEDA (Maharshtra Industrial & Economic Development Association) & MACCIA (Maharashtra Agriculture Commerce & Industrial Association). She was awarded "Female Entrepreneur in Services Segment", by Small & Medium Business Development Chamber of India.

She is pursuing her PhD in Strategic Financial Models for Managerial Decision Making, and is also in the process of authoring her first book.

Dr. Smarta is well known name in the field of Management Consultancy in India and is the Founder and Managing Director of Interlink Marketing Consultancy Pvt. Ltd.

Before starting his own consultancy firm he has worked in the Pharmaceutical industry for Parke Davis, Chemo Pharma, US Vitamin, Roche Anglo French and Wockhardt. Since the last 28 years, he is contributing to Human and Animal health Pharmaceuticals, Diagnostics, FMCG and OTC products, Hospitals, Functional foods, Dietary supplements and Nutrition in Pharmaceuticals and Wellness domain as a Business, Branding and Marketing strategist.

His expertize lies in converting Science into Business. Being a Thought leader in this domain and a prolific writer, he has authored, co-authored and co-edited research books in the area of Strategic business, Marketing and Innovations.

(Mega) Market, Innovation in Healthy and Functional Foods has been appreciated by the Industry in India & Abroad. He is a pioneer in Audio and Video based training packages - Prescription for face-to-face encounter and Interact to improve In-clinic performance. It has been widely used as a training technology tool in the Pharma industry. He is serving in Industry associations like IDMA, IMCI, HADSA (Honorary secretary).

Anil Kamath - Advisor

Mr Anil Kamath is a Hon's graduate in Commerce and a qualified Chartered Accountant from India. He is an alumnus of the Executive Program of Michigan Business School of the class of 94-95, Ann Arbor, USA. He is also Member of the Chartered Management Institute UK, the Royal Society of Public Health UK, and the All India Management Association.

He is currently Founder Chairman Esemcee Advisors which provides strategic advisory services to organizations in Strategic Planning, Organization Development, Financial Planning and Restructuring and funding, With his rich experience in hospitals he also consults with hospital organizations in planning, setting up, and successfully operating their facilities both in India and overseas.

Mr. Kamath retired three year ago from Wockhardt Hospitals Ltd as its Managing Director. He was previously associated with Unichem labs Ltd and Blue Star Ltd as their Vice President and Executive Vice President respectively.

Mahesh Sathe - Manufacturing Excellence

Mahesh Sathe leads our Manufacturing Excellence Endeavours. He is extremely happy while working on issues around Quality, Efficiency & Safety through MES [Manufacturing Execution System].

An instrumentation Engineer by profession, he has vast experience in optimizing on resources & controls for better efficiency on the shopfloor. Mahesh has contributed to various companies through consulting to improve the bottom line by using various things like Innovation, use of various technologies, Total Quality Management [TQM], Wastage control, SPC, Equipment Efficiency through optimized control for machine & process.

Sunando Guha - Advisor

Sunando Guha is a Finance professional with 23 years of rich and varied experience in India and abroad. A Chartered Accountant by profession, he has worked with Tata Global Beverages, HSBC Holdings plc, Philips, Wall Street Finance, Ceat & Destimoney Securities, among others. Sunando has worked in different roles including those of a CFO and a CHRO, handling the entire gamut of finance, tax, legal, secretarial, human resources and administration activities. Currently a freelance Finance & HR Consultant, Sunando pursues, in his free time, his hobbies of creative writing, reading and blogging.

Manas Joshi - Pune Operations

Manas Joshi, a law graduate from ILS Law College, Pune. He leads our Internal Robustness BuildUp Consulting activities. He also is in charge of our Pune business & clients. His expertise lies in the area of Indirect Taxes such as Central Excise, Service Tax, VAT and Foreign Trade Policy matters, besides any interpretation of the law for the companies. With a decade's experience, he now consults many companies including MNCs in the area of Indirect Taxes.

He is also a committee member of the Central Excise & Service Tax Committee of MCCIA (Mahratta Chamber of Commerce, Industries and Agriculture).

CA Chintamani Deodhar - Internal Audit

A CA by profession, he is more known by the name Anand. We are sure its due to his temperament and way of looking at life. Anand is a proficient auditor and has a fabulous acumen of capital markets and financial world. He leads our Business Data Analytics activities. He is passionate about Management Accounting as he is about Financial Accounting. This gives our clients the optimal mix of finance and management orientation of their business data.
